As they are made from 925 Sterling Silver, this piece is resistant to water (however not waterproof). We recommend taking it off when exposed to water for long periods of time - e.g. when showering and swimming. It is of very high quality and will maintain a high level of shine with no rusting and discolouration. However, please note that over long periods of time, minimal signs of gradual wear and tear will appear due to the effects of moisture, oil and sweat from your skin - as well as oxidation from the air.
