↻ Exchanges, Returns + Refunds

Please email us at info@lanakayco.com if you wish to exchange, return or refund. 

• Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase for Australian orders and 30 days for international orders. Attempts to return jewellery back to us exceeding this period will not be accepted.
• If items arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.
• Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the jewellery items must be unworn (for hygiene purposes) and in original packaging.
• No refund, returns or exchange for items purchased using a credit note or sale items. 
• Customers will pay the cost of return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as we will not be responsible for any packages that are lost during transit. All items will be inspected upon arrival.
• We will contact you via email once we have received your return package.
